We are an organization that believes that no one has the right to alienate anyone because of their race, religion, caste, or weakness as we are all human beings. This is why the project we’re working on is entitled “All Together Now”, with the objective that we are all human beings and we should all be together.
Under this project, we, the members of the organization, first joined together with the hold hand with Hesara Foundation on the occasion of World Disability Day 2020 to contribute to the activism workshop for children with disabilities and their parents.
There, the members of our organization got together and gave away gift cards for those children that day. We also supported those children’s activities. We spoke with the children’s parents, assessed their psychological state, and took steps to bring new hope into their lives through these children. We joined them in their dancing and singing. We drew pictures, participated in their activities, and tried to make those parents feel as if there’s no difference between us and them.
As an organization, we used that day to identify such children, recognize their parents, determine what has to be done for them, and plan the arrangement of future events.
